Training

Initial 22 week training program, refresher program open to all franchisees to re-train at any time, ongoing training through franchise support through a mix of programs, tailored to the individual franchisee's needs. Workshops and events offered at both local and global levels.

Marketing Support

5% Covers website, hosting, email, event kit, marketing collateral, marketing plan and strategy support as well as global marketing webinars

ActionCOACH has two models for franchise partners to select from:

1. The Firm Model - this model allows you to build a business of business coaching having unlimited business coaches working for you.

2. The Practice Model - this a single-operator model, ideal for those who are passionate about helping business owners achieve their goals without the need to build a team.

With the introduction of the firm and practice models, ActionCOACH aims to have stronger reach and impact on businesses throughout Australia. Through the acquisition of specific territory areas for franchisees, ActionCOACH aspires to have each area of Australia represented by an ActionCOACH and through this process create a valuable asset for each franchisee. This aligns to our mission for every business to have an ActionCOACH as part of their team.
