A recent report commissioned by 10 THOUSAND FEET has revealed that Fernwood franchisees are happy to be part of the well-recognised Fernwood brand and are more passionate about their businesses than their competitors in the health and fitness industry.  The survey looked at what motivates a franchisee to stay with a franchise company longer and assesses the general satisfaction of franchisees across the franchising industry.  The results revealed that Fernwood franchisees are 25 percent happier than their industry competitors, saying they are extremely satisfied with the regular contact they receive from the national support staff.  Eighty four per cent of Fernwood franchisees feel that Fernwood is a well recognised brand which is 14 percent higher than the national industry standard.  Members of Fernwood can rest assured that they are cared for by their clubs with the survey results showing that Fernwood franchisees are 10 percent more passionate about the fitness industry than their competitors. Ninety four per cent also said they cared about their customer’s health and life beyond their experience at Fernwood – showing why Fernwood is the best choice for women wanting to join a health and fitness club that genuinely cares about their health and wellbeing.
