Running Satisfaction Studies like the 2008 Franchisee Satisfaction Study and topfranchise.com.au, we are helping to improve franchisee satisfaction and improve franchisees’ working lives. With over 70,000 franchisees in Australia who employ over 500,000 staff, by making franchisees working lives happier, it makes their staff’s lives happier too. This flows on to their family, friends and throughout their local community. We estimate that our work has the potential to improve over 2 million Australian’s everyday lives.
