10 Reasons to work with us

1. Live and Learn

We believe that learning never ends. That is why every member of the 10 THOUSAND FEET team is allocated an annual education budget of up to $1500 which they can use towards developing their skills, learning a new skill or keeping abreast of the industry.

2. Our World is Flat

Your ideas do not have to battle through a hierarchy, there are no office politics and definitely no red tape blocking your way. Your input will always be heard, which will give you the opportunity to have a direct impact on the business.

3. We're Stretchy

We understand everyone enjoys a life outside of work and so we try to be as flexible as we can, to accommodate our teams personal lives and extracurricular activities.
