It’s official... Worldwide Online Printing’s franchisees are amongst the happiest in Australia. That’s the outcome of an independent survey, which has placed Worldwide 10th out of over 50 franchise systems surveyed.

The new survey, conducted by market research company 10 Thousand Feet for website www.topfranchise.com.au, involved over 900 franchisees from Australia’s major franchises.

Participants were asked a series of questions, and the results were broken down into seven key areas, including intention to renew their franchising agreement, level of support from the franchisor, and financial and social rewards.

In addition to its overall ranking, Worldwide excelled in opportunities to grow the business, and also scored highly in passion for the brand and its associated products and services.

“Franchisee satisfaction is hugely important to us and franchisee support is the cornerstone of what we do – without them Worldwide wouldn’t be Australia’s fastest-growing franchise for four years running,” said Mark Manderson, Worldwide CEO.

“We invest a lot of time and money in developing sound support systems for our franchisees, and having our own people rank Worldwide so highly demonstrates the strength of our network.”

Andrew Robertson, owner of two Worldwide centres in Queensland and FCA Franchisee of the Year 2007 said, “Since being named Franchisee of the Year, I’ve had a lot of exposure to the wider franchising sector, and this result comes as no surprise.

“This survey reflects the sentiment of the Worldwide network, and certainly my own.”

“Worldwide systems and support enabled me to succeed despite my complete lack of print knowledge and experience at the beginning; and I would happily recommend a Worldwide franchise to someone I believed was up for it,” added Andrew.

Full results of the survey are available at topfranchise.com.au, a dedicated site to help potential franchisees make an informed decision about entering franchising. As this is an ongoing survey, the list of Australia’s top franchisors will be updated quarterly.
